Apogy - Communications and Marketing Support
A relationship built through working together on the ACMP Colorado Chapter Board of Directors turned into one of my most expansive partnerships and a proud boomerang client.

Introduction to Apogy
I met Jessica Crow, the founder of Apogy, through the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) Colorado Chapter, where we both served on the Board of Directors. Getting to know each other through that volunteer work made the transition to a working partnership a natural one — we already understood how each other operated.
Ongoing work and results
In 2022, I provided content and communications support for Apogy's monthly newsletter and Instagram account, including outlining and drafting blog content, writing Instagram captions, and creating supporting graphics in Canva. Topics centered on Apogy's core expertise: change readiness, change leadership, middle manager enablement, and Apogy's proprietary framework, The ART and Science of Change Leadership.
Due to shifting priorities and limited availability on my end as a part-time freelancer, I paused supporting Apogy in 2023. When capacity opened back up in early 2024, Jessica brought me back, and the second chapter of our partnership expanded well beyond the first.
From May 2024 through June 2025, I supported Apogy across a much wider range of activities:
- LinkedIn content — drafting, creating, and scheduling posts with supporting Canva graphics
- Podcast production — owning end-to-end management of the Change Leader Insights podcast across Kajabi, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Newsletter content and production — assisting with content generation and preparing the monthly newsletter in Kajabi for distribution
- Workshop slide deck preparation — assisting Jessica with turning outlines into polished slide decks for change management workshops
